TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to ProTech Guitar Setups! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. By booking an appointment through Calendly, approving a quote, or submitting an instrument for service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
ProTech Guitar Setups provides professional guitar and bass setups, electronic repairs, hardware replacement, pickup installation, nut replacement, diagnostic services, pedal and minor amplifier services, and related instrument services.
All services are performed based on the instrument’s condition at the time of drop-off.
Certain specialty services may require additional written approval before work begins.
Due to variations in instrument condition, age, prior repairs, and manufacturing tolerances, specific results such as action height, tone, or playability improvements are not guaranteed.
2. Estimates & Authorization
Estimates are based on an initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during service.
No additional work will be performed without customer approval.
By approving a quote, scheduling a drop-off, or authorizing service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Booking & Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through our booking system.
Customers must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

Most services are completed within one week, depending on workload and parts availability.
If parts must be ordered, turnaround time may extend to two weeks or longer.
Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Parts Policy (No Retail Sales)
ProTech Guitar Setups does not operate as a retail parts seller.
Any components installed during service are included as part of the overall service charge and are not sold separately as retail goods.
Installed components may be new, used, refurbished, or aftermarket, depending on availability and project requirements.
All installed components are considered integrated into the repair service and are not sold as standalone merchandise.
ProTech Guitar Setups does not pass through manufacturer warranties directly to customers.
If a part fails due to a manufacturer defect, ProTech Guitar Setups will handle evaluation and replacement through the original supplier, subject to supplier approval and availability.
Parts are not eligible for refund after installed. Replacement of defective parts is the sole remedy.
Customers must report any issues within 7 days of pickup for prompt evaluation.
