Guitar Setup (Fixed Bridge) - $50

This standard 13-point setup for electric guitars with a fixed bridge includes all essential adjustments: neck relief, truss rod, string height, intonation, and bridge positioning. It also includes fret polishing and fretboard conditioning for smooth playability and accurate tuning.

All setups include a full electronic cleaning and inspection. I clean scratchy or dirty potentiometers (volume and tone knobs), check all solder joints, and test the output jack and toggle switch to ensure everything works reliably and noise-free.

D’Addario EXL110 strings are included with every fixed-bridge setup at no extra cost.

2

Guitar Setup (Tremolo/Floyd Rose) - $60

This 13-point setup is for guitars with tremolo systems, including Floyd Rose bridges. It includes all the same services as the fixed bridge setup—neck relief, truss rod, action, intonation, fret polishing, and fretboard conditioning—plus Floyd Rose-specific adjustments. I level the tremolo, balance the spring tension, and ensure smooth, stable tremolo operation.

As with all setups, I also perform a full electronic cleaning and test. This means cleaning all pots, checking soldered connections, and making sure your output jack and toggle switch are solid and noise-free.

D’Addario EXL110 strings are included with every fixed-bridge setup at no extra cost.

3

Bass Guitar Setup - $65 (includes strings)

This full 13-point setup for bass guitars includes neck relief, truss rod, string height, intonation, and bridge adjustments—just like the fixed bridge electric guitar setup, but tailored for bass. It also includes fret polishing and fretboard conditioning to help your bass play smoothly and stay in tune.

Every bass setup includes full electronic cleaning and testing. I clean noisy volume or tone knobs, check all solder joints, and test the output jack and electronics to make sure everything works reliably and noise-free.

D’Addario EXL170 strings are included with every 4, 5, and 6 string bass setup at no extra cost.

4

Acoustic Guitar Setup* - $40

This setup covers all the essentials: truss rod adjustment, neck relief, fret polishing, and fretboard conditioning. It’s designed to help your acoustic play its best, whether it has electronics or not.

For acoustic guitars with built-in electronics—like tuners, pickups, or output jacks—I also clean and test the entire system to ensure reliable performance. If your guitar doesn’t have electronics, no worries—the setup is just as thorough.

D’Addario EJ series strings are included with every 6 and 12 string acoustic setup at no extra cost.

Rob Roxx,

I’ve been playing guitar since I was 7 years old—and now, over 45 years later, I’m still just as passionate about music and gear as ever. I’ve played in countless cover bands, shared the stage at Daytona’s Bike Week on the Jägermeister stage, and spent a lifetime chasing tone. Even though it’s been a while since I gigged publicly, I still pick up a guitar almost every day.

My collection includes a Gibson Les Paul, an Epiphone Les Paul loaded with Zakk Wylde EMGs, a Yamaha acoustic/electric, and a Schecter Evil Twin FR. In the shop, I use and work with a wide range of gear—from vintage analog pedals to modern digital processors like the Boss GX-100. I’m well-versed in Boss products and other multi-effects units, both for tone shaping and practical gig use. I also bring years of experience in live sound engineering, having worked with everything from mid-grade PA systems to full JBL Professional Series rigs—ideal for local cover bands, small venue shows, and VIP private events.

Beyond guitar work, I’ve also been a live sound engineer since 1996, supporting local cover bands and conventions. I run a full JBL Professional Series  sound system for live events, VIP parties, and bar gigs—helping others sound their best is just as rewarding as playing.

Whether you’re new to guitar or a seasoned pro, I’ll make sure your instrument feels and plays just right.

Let’s get your gear sounding great.

– Rob
