Acoustic Guitar Setup

Standard Setup - $60
This setup covers the essentials: truss rod adjustment, neck relief, action, and intonation. For acoustic guitars with electronics, I also test and clean the entire system to ensure reliable performance.

Premium Setup - $100
Adds fret polishing and fretboard conditioning for a smoother feel and longer fret life.

5

Fret Leveling & Re-Crowning - Starting at $150

Over time, frets can develop uneven wear that affects playability, causes buzzing, or makes your guitar feel harder to play. A fret level and re-crown restores the frets to an even height, reshapes them for proper intonation, and polishes them for smooth playability.

This service improves sustain, clarity, and overall feel — extending the life of your frets and giving your guitar a professional playing surface again.

Rob Roxx,

I’ve been playing guitar since I was 7 years old—and now, over 45 years later, I’m still just as passionate about music and gear as ever. I’ve played in countless cover bands, shared the stage at Daytona’s Bike Week on the Jägermeister stage, and spent a lifetime chasing tone. Even though it’s been a while since I gigged publicly, I still pick up a guitar almost every day.

My collection includes a Gibson Les Paul, an Epiphone Les Paul loaded with Zakk Wylde EMGs, a Yamaha acoustic/electric, and a Schecter Evil Twin FR. In the shop, I use and work with a wide range of gear—from vintage analog pedals to modern digital processors like the Boss GX-100. I’m well-versed in Boss products and other multi-effects units, both for tone shaping and practical gig use. I also bring years of experience in live sound engineering, having worked with everything from mid-grade PA systems to full pro series rigs—ideal for local cover bands, small venue shows, and VIP private events.

Beyond guitar work, I’ve also been a live sound engineer since 1996, supporting local cover bands and conventions. I run a full JBL Professional Series  sound system for live events, VIP parties, and bar gigs—helping others sound their best is just as rewarding as playing.

Whether you’re new to guitar or a seasoned pro, I’ll make sure your instrument feels and plays just right.

Let’s get your gear sounding great.

– Rob
